Stormy Beach

On my travels down the South coast of NSW, many a times the beach would suddenly get overcast especially during the months of October or November and the rain would come splashing down. But then in a little while everything would clear up as if nothing happened.

This inspiration for this painting has come to me during one such occasion. I cannot do justice to what we see with our eyes, but trying to come somewhere close to it.
